1. What to report

Report suspected copyright, trademark or other IP infringement with the material URL, a description of the protected work or mark, your authority and contact details.

2. Review process

Email hello@sincliq.com with subject “IP”. Additional information or a response from the affected party may be requested. Avoid unnecessary personal data. A report does not decide a dispute or guarantee removal.

3. Authority and local procedures

Report in good faith, on your own behalf or with authority. This is a general contact, not a claim of a registered DMCA agent. Any specific statutory procedure must be assessed for the relevant market and provider role.
